ABOUT ME

i was raised by ninjas...i'm a musician by calling rather than by choice...i can cook some wicked french toast, and i'm good with breakfast foods in general...i'm constantly amused/perplexed by humans and their behavior...i was in a movie once (Girl, Interrupted)...i enjoy drinking craft brews & bourbon...i'm lucky to know some really fascinating and good natured people...i am an Eagle Scout, which means i know how to make the best use of rope, fire and sharp things, i can lead people if need be and i can survive in the wilderness...i'm laid back and easy going, while still being passionate about the things in my life...i love vintage suits...i treat my life as an ongoing experiment...i have narcolepsy...i feel life is made worthwhile by the connections we share with other people...i am king of the sock monkeys...i believe there's little in this world that is cooler than Batman...I am introspective, idiosyncratic, and a huge dork

My life is largely made up of singing...dancing...writing music...furthering the fame and glory of my band...connecting with other people...going full throttle...being a small business owner. it's quite a circus. no, seriously, it is...striving to bring together all of the awesomely creative and talented people that i can...trying to ditch my day job in favor of doing music/circus/art full time...getting by...having fun...finding joy & pleasure where i can..looking for the meaning in all things...

anything with zombies and/or ninjas, highlander, beast master, princess bride, LOTR, anything w/ muppets, donnie darko, return to horror high, 5 deadly venoms or most shaw brothers movies for that matter, the warrior's way, lone wolf & cub, lost highway, ninja scroll, brazil, memento, twin warriors, reservoir dogs, the big labowski, dude, where's my car?...

...and my current favorite TV thing is HBO's Carnivale...
