ABOUT ME

I’m easygoing and passionate about connecting with people and documenting my life through art. I did my Master’s in Australia and interned at various NGOs advocating for indigenous people’s rights and refugees. After that, I worked in PR, branding, and media in Shanghai and Taiwan. Recently, I left my job to embrace a new chapter focused on expressive art healing and holistic health practices.

Over the past few years, I’ve explored meditation, hypnosis, natural healing, card readings, singing bowls, overtone singing, dance with light, shamanism, Gurdjieff movements, Bach flower remedies, etc. Once obsessed with Yayoi Kusama’s Polka Dots, I now create my own art forms and have produced around 80 pieces as part of my personal healing journey. Last August, I visited Yakushima, Japan, where I found inspiration in the island’s natural beauty—drinking stream water, bathing in lush rivers, and dancing in the rain. These experiences mirrored the scenes in Matisse’s Tahitian paintings and deepened my commitment to art and healing.

Currently, I’m exploring “art companionship” to break down misconceptions about energy, healing, and self-companionship. I’m eager to collaborate with couchsurfing friends and integrate various methods to nurture life. I also hope to further immerse myself in the zen philosophies of Japanese tea ceremony and Ikebana (flower arranging).

I hope each of my getaways can empower me, my friends, and strangers to reset work-life balance and move on.
