I believe that growth comes from challenging our perspectives and the best way to reflect on our perceptions is by meeting other people with different perspectives.

Music, Movies, and Books

🎧 I'm super passionate about music and love to get lost listening to songs. I like almost every genre as long as I feel something listening to it. I think TOOL is one of the greatest (if not the greatest) band of our time, I love to dance to techno, I grew up with Linkin Park. And then there's thousands more genres and artists that I keep coming back to or that I newly discover.
📖 I love a good fantasy book to zone out and relax. Besides that I read a lot of informative books about climate change, science, psychology, history or whatever interests me at the moment.. also read quite a few books about meditation and buddhism.
🎬 Again pretty much any genre as long as I get some emotion from it. I admire good acting and love movies with unforeseen plot twists. All time favourites are Matrix and the Lord of the Rings Saga. Watched a lot of action and fantasy but recently got more into drama and documentaries. I also like to watch Series. Big favourites are Sherlock and Game of Thrones however there are definitely a lot more that would deserve an honourable mention.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Biggest Achievement? A friend licked his plate clean after I cooked for him.
Besides that just being alive in this present moment is pretty amazing.
