I am an open minded, interested, engaging person who loves learning new things and meeting new people. I studied anthropology and criminology and have a keen intellect and interest in history, culture and what shapes us as humans. I have a calm, loving disposition and enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and connecting with them. I am passionate about many things including; politics, mythology, music, art, writing, the ocean, hiking and lots more!!

Like most people my music taste is wide and varied. I am a singer and play in a band, and love making my own music. I listen to soul, jazz, reggae, folk, rap and blues - mostly. My favourite artists are Anohni, Mykki Blanco, Nina Simone and Erykah Badu. I read widely and am a poet and non fiction creative writer - my favourite authors at the moment are Maggie Nelson, Maya Angelou and James Baldwin.
