Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to explore the world, no matter how cheesy that sounds. To me, travelling means to get to know a culture and the people. And how can you achieve this goal in a better way than to actually sleep at people's homes?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was in Denmark and it was relatively cold outside. I went into the sea alone and felt extremely alive while my body was so cold. I had to laugh because it felt that great. I was looking around and a the head of a seal just popped out of the water ten meters away from me. We looked at each other for three seconds and then it swam away.
