Hey there!

My name is Hanna and I'm proud to call Estonia my home. I just graduated with a masters in Theatre Research and now I'm looking for new challenges. Currently I work part-time as a volunteer coordinator and substitute teacher.

I am fascinated with people, their minds and the world in general. My main interests are in the culture sphere (theatre, visual arts, photography etc) but I'm also passionate about environmental topics and nature protection. I see myself as an open-minded and curious person who is always eager to try new activities, vegetarian food, and learn some new skills.

Travelling is one of my greatest passions and I hope that I can use Couchsurfing to see more than just the usual tourist spots. Every corner of the world can be beautiful if one knows where to look.

I believe that Couchsurfing is a great way to see new places through the eyes of a local and therefore explore more. I see Couchsurfing as a way to build connections with people who I would never meet otherwise. The chance to save money is also important but this is just a bonus.

As for being a host, I would love to show you around my beautiful hometown(s).

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Always interested in hearing recommendations! I tend to enjoy music and movies that steer away from the mainstream, and I believe there is always lots of amazing stuff to discover. I go to the theatre more often than I watch movies or read, though.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Moved out at the age of 16 to study in a high school in a town 100 km away. It is both the hardest thing that I have ever done and also the thing that has shaped me the most.
