About Me
In my free time I love to hike, craft, spend time with my animals, and travel! I have been to thirteen countries, but I am looking forward to more! I live with my husband, a dog, and two cats. My husband and I are about to embark on a 5 month traveling adventure where we work, volunteer, and explore the world! I love to learn about new cultures, try my hand at new languages, and really immerse myself in new places!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
One of the main reasons I like to travel is meeting really awesome, interesting people. I believe couchsurfing is a great way to do that!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went on a solo trip to Peru to work in an orphanage for three months at the young age of 18. While there I learned to be fluent in Spanish and took the amazing hike to Machu Picchu and Marcahuasi!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach english, music (guitar, violin, ukulele, and reading music), childcare techniques and development, dog training, and more. I would love to learn new languages, enhance my music, new recipes (I cook mostly vegetarian!), gardening/farming, and new cultures/traditions! I would love to share my recipes, knowledge, language, laughs, and anything else that I can!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Laughs, experiences, and a place to stay if they ever travel to the US (specifically North Carolina)!
