I am a sucker for travelling and living purely in the moment, the kind of person who would dance to a busker on the street like nobody is watching or start busking myself to give others a reason to dance haha. The last few years I've been exploring all corners of the earth and have met such incredible people every step of the way. I've worked on ski fields, backpacked Europe, Volunteered in Indonesia and spent the last year studying ministry over in Australia.

I have a big passion for the outdoors whether that is tramping, white water rafting, rock climbing, surfing... basically anything that gets you outdoors I love. I've been lucky enough to grow up in a family that influenced my passion for the outdoors and would love to share that joy with others.

I love learning about peoples stories, where they come from, where they're going and everything in between. I have been fortunate enough to meet some amazing people from all walks of life and am excited to continue meeting open minded, kind hearted people!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

What a better what to explore a place then to immerse yourself into the area right? Yeah you could pay heaps of money to get a nice luxurious hotel but where is the fun in that! I see couch surfing as an opportunity to actually live in the area your visiting and be apart of the culture rather then be a tourist that comes and goes. I see it as an opportunity to meet new people, learn about their lives as well as share parts of your own culture.

Music, Movies, and Books

When it comes to movies I'm a child at heart. I love a good Disney classic as well as musicals so if someone asked me to watch High School Musical I would say yes in a heartbeat!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last year year I represented New Zealand and played in the U19 Womens Floorball World Cup in Poland. We only lost one game and broke records by being the best ranked Non European team as well as the highest ranked national team in New Zealand!

I got the words "Full send" tattooed on the inside of my lip (full send is another way of saying 'you only live once' or 'just do it')

Teach, Learn, Share

When I was younger I went to circus classes for 3 years so I have some fun circus tricks I can share! I am also learning how to skate as well as surf and love learning new little talents so if you have a random party trick or a hobby you do, I would love to learn about it whatever it may be :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am learning the Ukulele so can bring a few poorly played songs to the table, I can also help with the English language as well as bring insight from a new culture! I would also love to learn how to cook meals from the culture that I am in and would be happy to make some meals that are common in New Zealand :)
