I’m a first generation German-American who has spent my entire life traveling the USA. I’m currently living in Spain teaching and am using the free time re-exploring the different cultures that make up Europe and Africa.

Music, Movies, and Books

I’m often chastised by my friends for always having a book in my hand. I’m a huge J.K Rowling fan, but I’m also partial to some of the classics and socially conscious writers like Hemingway, Steinbeck, and Jane Austen.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As of 01/27/2018 my greatest accomplishment to date was beating cancer.

Teach, Learn, Share

I live everyday with the intention of doing something new that challenges me everyday.

I think that there is never the reason to stop learning. I am passionate about pursuing life and love meeting new people who teach me so many new things by sharing their stories and learning their language.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I don’t have the access to extend a room at the moment- but I can speak four languages very well and have been said to be an excellent tour guide.
