I'm 38 years old, formerly a professional Ecologist and now managing endurance sports events. I grew up in England and recently spent several years living in Ecuador managing a horse farm in the Andes.

I'm vegetarian, non-smoker, quiet and considerate as a house guest.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My work colleague Ben (in second photo) and I manage a sports event company called Breca Swimrun. We are developing a series of new races and spend loads of time travelling to new places to explore possible locations. Couch surfing is a great way to get in depth local knowledge and contacts in the areas we visit to plan and prepare our events, and we've met some fantastic people with interesting lives and stories!

I'm an outdoorsy person, very active and interested in hiking and cycling, and horse riding. I love travel and exploring, finding out new things, interesting conversations...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I packed up my life and went to live and work wherever the wind took me! Ended up guiding horse rides in the mountains in Canada and Ecuador, then spent a few years managing a hacienda in the Andes.
