ABOUT ME

I started couchsurfing during my stay in Luxembourg in 2013 where I was a student for the semester. I am constantly on the move meeting new people as well as experiencing all there in the world. I am a lover of new places, and can usually get a sense immediately as to if it agrees with me!

Couchsurfing is community and I am a HUGE proponent of community and safe spaces. One reason I have gone back again and again to couchsurfing is the authentic people and sense of place they bring to my travel experience. I am forever grateful to my hosts!

I have surfed in Amsterdam, Nashville, Atlanta, and Italy as well as hosted people from Czech Republic, England, Japan, California, and France! Such amazing (and interesting) stories from these surfers =)
For that sole reason I want to continue to travel by means of friends. It has also inspired me to open u my own home and host people. So if you ever want to visit Columbus or relax in the country where my parents live, please message me!

This year I have have been traveling stateside out west in California, Washington, Texas and Pennsylvania. I also got the chance to go to Honduras in July to work at an orphanage.

Next stop is Stolkholm, Paris, Barcelona and Tanzania this winter! Any suggestions are welcome!

I am always intrigued by the world around me. I have been able to travel to many countries and meet some truly kind and respectable people in those travels.
I like explore places that I never even thought to visit. I like being surprised by the world around me.
I have a wanderlust spirit that all too easily become disheartened with a monotonous life.

I love riding horses, so if you have any contacts with a local barn or riding stable I would love to visit that!

Any music is cool with me. I am really into Jazz and folky music right now though. I enjoy going to places that offer live local music, but not really a big concert going gal.

There isn't just one. I have been blessed to be able to do all of these things:
Went Canyoning in Switzerland.
Was in Sicily when Mt. Etna erupted
Witnessed the total Solar Eclipse in Salem, Oregon in 2017
Finished a half marathon with zero training

I absolutely love sharing stories. Especially when I get hyped up (which happens a lot), telling stories is one of my favorite things to do! Life lessons that come out of those stories are an added bonus!

Columbus Is a wonderful up and coming city in the Midwest. I have grown to love this city more and more and would love the change to share that with visitors! We are a "foodie" city and have a lot of locally sourced restaurants in the area.

If you like dancing there are venues close by that offer salsa, swing, and line dancing on the weekends and weekdays!
The bus system is fairly easy to go downtown or to other acyclic neghborhoods.
