I am currently taking a gap year, in between finishing school and starting my degree at the university where I will be studying psychology.

I am considered to be a very sociable person, and ultimately I am on couch surfing to meet people I wouldn't otherwise have the chance to know.

I really enjoy listening to music, which is often very chilled out. My favourite bands include Passenger, Vance Joy and San Cisco (all of which I have seen live in concert). I would love to listen to your music and discover new bands as well as sharing my favourite songs.

When I have a spare moment I enjoy watching movies but don't do it very often. I really love old classics and used to watch a lot of Audrey Hepburn and Gene Wilder growing up.

I love reading generally and don't have a favourite genre, some of my favourite books include The Help, The Bronze Horseman and Water for Elephants.

One of the most incredible experiences I have had was trekking in the Sapa mountains of Vietnam with my Dad, led by a local woman Dong. We walked along the rice paddies, beside buffalo and had an amazing few nights at a local home stay. We learnt how to make spring rolls and had the most delicious feast and even had some "happy water (aka rice wine). Overall it was an incredible few days.
