ABOUT ME

I live with my lovely husband Dan in a house with flowers painted on it in Liverpool. I am interested in traveling everywhere, but I have a particular fondness for the middle east. I can speek a tiny bit of french and arabic but my husband who is half french is fluent in french.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We have decided to join couch surfing because we are planning a big trip from Liverpool to kuwait in memory of my grandparents who once travelled from kuwait to England in 1953 and kept a diary. We would also love to have people over to stay at ours because we like meeting new people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far we have had one lovely German lady to stay, and we have quite a few more people booked in for June and July. We leave for our own trip in the end of July until October. IMPORTANT! We have had several request so at the moment we are not going to say yes to any more people unless they live on our planned trip route, and then maybe we could do an exchange visit! So we are intrested in hearing from people from Dijon (france) Geneva (switzerland) Milan, Bressia, verona, or Trieste (Italy) croatia esspecially Zargreb, anywhere in macidonia. Or anywhere between Thessaloniki(Greece)and istanbul, and Beruit.

Interests

We both like cycling, swimming, canoeing and comedy. I also like making art and Dan likes music (he plays the piano.)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going on safari in Uganda, snorkelling and camel ridding in Egypt, sailing across the English channel in a very small boat, spending a few months volunteering in bethlehem.
