As a student of translation I enjoy meeting people from all over the world, exchange cultures, learn from each other and profit from every encounter! I love languages and I always try to work on them and to see things from different perspectives. I would describe myself as happy and open-minded and I'm thankful for the laid back student life I am currently experiencing.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I first discovered couchsurfing during my semester abroad in France. With my best friend Charlotte I stayed one week in Paris and we had the time of our lives. I was amazed by the fun, open-minded and easy going people who welcomed us with open arms in their homes. Because of this awesome experience, we decided to do it again in France and made more aquaintances and friends. I believe that you can learn so much from other cultures and there's nothing better than having a good dinner and philosphing about life. Since I currently moved into an appartment, I am happy that I'm now able to give backe some of this (for me) life-changing experiences - as a host.

Intereses

I enjoy travelling. Honestly, if I could choose that would be what I'd do for the rest of my life. But there's also nothing better than: the first bite into a triple chocolate cookie, listening to good music, falling asleep on the bus, a good old pint of Austrian beer, reading a fantasy novel in bed, the moment when you come home and can put on some cosy pants, eating (and drinking) in general, the day after going out, thinking about the sense of life, meeting people with whom you feel completely at ease,..

Música, películas y libros

I listen to very much different stuff. If you put on my i-pod you can either get some folk, indie and french chansons or some instrumental music, metal and lots of rock.
I am interested in poetry and literature in general.
