About Me

Hi, I am Hannah :)
I am 20 years old and a huge nerd. I love all kind of stuff, from Anime to Superhero movies to Sports ( I play badminton since I am 8) to read or go out and party.

I always wanted to see the world, so I am travelling around as much as I can, especially now in my varsity time. I am a very communicative, indipendent and open person and I laugh a lot.

I could also win an award for the " most redicoulous study subject name" because it's called Book Science ( Yes , that exists, you can work as an editor etc. later in a Publish house, yes I do know you haven't heard of it :P)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, obvously with a hobby like travelling and as a student you don't have a lot of money to spare.

But that is just one reason. It's also very interesting to see how living in a different culture looks like, to meet new people in a new way and therefore get to know the city differently ( you know, the local knowledge is always better than Google.) I think with Couchsurfing I have a new way of interacting with people and while I know that it is a big step to invitate someone completely unknown in your house, I think it's a great idear.

I would do it myslef if I would't live in a 10 square meter Room in a student dorm with no space for a couch what so ever.

Music, Movies, and Books

I feel like I have 1000 of books I could list here, but one that is really good and which I would recommend to everyone is " The Name of the Wind" from Patrick Rothfuss. I listen to Indie- Music, I often don't remember the name of the bands though. Movies... I watch everything, from thrillers to romantic movies.... ok cross that, no romantic movies what so ever. But I do like the Marvel movies, stuff with action and little clips with cats.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been to South Africa for one year after I finished school, and it was the best thing I could have done. I lived in Johannesburg, which is a dangerous city, but living there teached me confidence, indipendence, but also looking out for people, kindness and loving this country.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Austria, England, France, Italy, Mexico, Norway, South Africa, Spain

Countries I’ve Lived In
