About Me
I'm an open, enthusiastic, silly human who is looking to travel, connect with new people, and learn new things!
I currently live in the Canadian Rockies and I work at a Wilderness-based Addiction Treatment Program for young men struggling with substance addiction. I love being outside hiking and running, rock climbing, and slacklining / highlining. Im a geek for fantasy + Dungeons & Dragons. Big into art and poetry, love books (let’s talk recent reads!). Learning about plants + anything permaculture. Low key dirt bag. Just out here trying to find joy while doing what I can to rebel against the current patriarchal capitalist colonial systems :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think couch surfing provides a really cool way to connect with people in settings of depth. Sharing space, and meals, and stories with people allows for a slower and deeper connection. I’m also super into the idea of a collection of people offering care, support, and community to one another. I also believe it’s a more sustainable and ethical way to travel. Mostly I want to meet other beautiful weirdos who are compassionate and thoughtful about the way they move through the world.
Queer folks welcome. No tolerance for homophobia, transphobia, racism.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I’ve been lucky enough to experience a number of incredible things! From the work I’ve done, places I’ve been, people I’ve met… it’s hard to pick which to write. I have a big list of things to do that I’ve been working away at and would love to exchange stories and dreams with other humans
Teach, Learn, Share
The world is fascinating and wild, here to sponge up whatever I can. I’m learning Spanish (albeit slowly) so any practice speaking is appreciated!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I’m easy going and enthusiastic! I can cook you a mean meal (veggie / vegan are my specialty), share stories, and also play a pretty mediocre ukulele. I love inviting folks to try some of my passions and the activities I love.
