About Me
Puh, describing oneself is always a tough thing to do...I'd say I'm a very open minded, honest person. I know who I am and I'm comfortable with that and do not pretend or try to be anyone else. But I'm also very open to new things. I love new ideas about topics I have different opinions on or maybe just haven't thought about yet. I'm always up for an interesting, meaningful discussion in which everyone respects the others believes and takes them into serious consideration. On the other hand I love to laugh about really childish stuff, dance awkwardly to weird music and just enjoy myself and the people I'm with. Not sure if this description makes it possible for anyone to form a useful picture of my character, though.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on CS cause I think it's an amazing idea to explore the world and different cultures this way. In my opinion it's crutial that we embrace the believes of cultures and people, foreign to us, in order to prevent being afraid of the new an unknown. I think that's probably the best way to avoid things like racism and xenophobia. Apart from that it is also just so much fun!! :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Several people hosted me on interrail trips from Budapest to Lissbon and Germany to Istanbul. Those people made those journeys so much more valuable and interesting for me. This was a few years ago but I'm still very greatful for all these experiences.
Interests
well, obviously traveling as often as I can! But also dancing ( Salsa, and randomly how I feel like), reading, taking pictures, longboarding, inspiring conversations, and so on...gotta get to know me :)

Music, Movies, and Books
A thousand splendid suns, Americanha, the Bookthief, The Unbearable Lightness of Being, Cloud Atlas, and sooo many more...
My taste of music depends on my mood, where I am and what I'm doing, so I listen to almost everything.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Snorkeling and watching shooting stars in Mozambique. Sounds super cheesy, but it was awesome!
Live in South Africa for half a year.
I'm rather trying to find the little positive things on every single day, than hunting one amazing experience after another.
Teach, Learn, Share
Mhh, I'm not sure if I can properly teach something, not even my mother tongue, but I'm happy to share all my knowledge and opinions with you. Also I think I can prepare quite decent meals from leftovers ...
I love to learn! Everything! Especially local dishes.

Botswana, Bulgaria, Cambodia, England, France, Hungary, Italy, Mozambique, Namibia, Portugal, Serbia, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, United States, Viet Nam
