Overview
About Me
After completing university in Texas, where I grew up, and earning a degree in Resource and Environmental Studies, minor in Anthropology, I moved to Salem, Oregon, where my parents live. I have been traveling the last two years to Hawaii where I participated in the WWOOF program and also Costa Rica, where I took care of an off grid home. I am interested in living sustainably, organic farming, permaculture, and continuous growth. I am seeking a like minded, conscience community to settle into and find a job and a cozy place where I can grow!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My friend from France recommended couch surfing to me as an interesting, in expensive, safe, and cool way to visit a place in a less touristy way. Often the people you stay with are very interesting and can recommend places, and have tons of great information.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I took a road trip with my two girl friends and their two dogs from Alaska down to Texas stopping along the way and camping on the West coast (BC, Washington, Oregon, California, and Arizona.) We stopped at Yosemite, The Grand Canyon, and Chaco Canyon National Parks. It took us about three weeks total and about 5,000 miles on the road.
