Hi my name is Hannah and I'm 21 years old. I am from a town called Cwmbran in South Wales, UK and currently living in Cardiff, Wales. I am a 4th year student at Cardiff University studying French and German.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couch surfing because it is an amazing way to meet new people and learn about different cultures. It's an amazing initiative that brings people together :)

Interests

Travelling! Having spent a year abroad as part of my degree I was able to see many amazing places in Europe.

Cooking! I love to cook, even as a student where most tend to eat super noodles, I enjoy spending part of the evening getting the cook book out and trying new recipes.

Singing! I was part of the school choir for 5 years which allowed me to perform in some amazing places such as the United Nations in New York

Languages! Since it's my degree I have a key interest in languages as well as learning about French and German culture

Books - haven't read many books: to kill a Mockingbird, Of Mice and Men, Harry Potter books

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My Year Abroad! I spent 4 months living in Beautfiul Geneva in Switzerland and 5 months living in stunning Konstanz in Germany. It was the best year of my life, I met the most amazing people who will be friends for life and I visited some of the most beautiful places ever. Living abroad was a bit of a culture shock but I adapted and loved every minute of it. Made unforgettable memories with great friends that I will treasure!
