I want to meet new people and travel to new places and I think the best way to learn about a place is through locals. Couchsurfing is a great way to be able to fully immerse yourself in culture.

When I have the right living situation I would love to host travelers from all over the world as well!

Favorites: Julien Baker, Big Thief, Radiohead, Borns, Weezer, Vampire Weekend

As for books, I like to read anything that will stretch my world view, challenge my emotions, or teach me something otherwise. The Color Purple is my favorite book and reading it did a lot to affect my opinions about life.

i have to say my favorite trip has been to Ecuador and the Galapagos. I saw so much diversity in landscape and creatures, it was a dream!
