Music: I love just about any and all music, though I especially love rock, blues, punk, and oldies. My all time favorite bands are the Beatles, Panic! At the Disco, and Owl City.
Movies: by genre, my favorite comedies are Tommy Boy, UHF, and What's Up Doc? my favorite action movies are The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Star Wars, and Harry Potter. My favorite chick-flicks are A Walk to Remember, Sense and Sensibility, and Persuasion. My childhood favorites are The Neverending Story, The Dark Crystal, and Free Willy. My favorite shows tend to be murder mysteries like Agatha Christie and Monk, though my favorite show of all time is Stranger Things.
Books: I tend to like nonfiction, fantasy, and science fiction books. My favorite books of all time are The Neverending Story by Michael Ende, the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series by Rick Riordan, and Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson. My favorite authors include Robin McKinley, Laurie Halse Anderson, Rick Riordan, J.K. Rowling, Holly Black, Brandon Sanderson, C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. I rode a camel at the Mount Olive Pickle Festival. If you are ever in North Carolina in April or May I highly recommend attending the Pickle Festival - it's a ton of fun!
