my name is Hannah Rosa and I am 22 years old, currently I am studying medicine in Bochum, where I can host you...
in my free time I like to explore foreign countries and travel as much as possible, and I am always happy to get to know new people and cultures.. so maybe we‘ll meet soon 🌎

right now I am living in an apartement with 3 other people, we are a mix of students and are happy to share our place with travellers from all over the world.. :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

when I first travelled alone I found out about CS and was really excited about trying it... it worked out so well, that I try to host as many people as possible and also use it while I‘m traveling. Here are some of the reasons why I like CS so much:
I guess sharing is one of the most amazing actions between human beings, people always have shared and exchanged, it does not matter if it were material goods for example in trade or just experiences, values, stories...
I think, sharing and exchanging with others is deeply enriching and I guess, by learning from others, I get completly new perspectives of life itself, people and myself...
getting to know humans from all over the world during (their) travels is such a privilege, which gives me the possibility to get to know the full human diversity.. which I find truly beautiful :-)

Interests

i‘m mostly interested in the human being, so in how to live a happy and healthy life, but also how I can give my life a meaning... but I am still figuring that one out. 😅😅 that‘s why I am interested in sports, meditation, minimalism, sustainability, traveling (obviously).. but I am still at the beginning of this journey, so I‘d be happy for your knowledge if you have any in these topics..
also I am really into arts, literature and music, but I would not describe myself as someone who knows that much about it, I just like it a lot and always want to get to know and learn more and I really llike to talk about politics, philosophical issues and exchange different views.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to a lot of music, which always changes, because I nearly like all styles of music... I‘m always up to dancing to some nice techno or goa, funk or alternative, listening or participating in a nice and chilly jam session or going to classic concerts.
also i am always open to music I don‘t know yet, most of my favourite artists I got to know during travels or by other couchsurfers..

my favourite movies are captain fantastic, into the wild, frida, victoria, weit-ein Weg um die Welt, ...
so mostly I‘d like to watch movies which make me think about life, humans, feelings, ... so if you have a good one, tell me!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled around south america for some months, most of the time, all by myself, which was a great way to get to know not only me better but also I learned so much about people, life, ...

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some german or the other languages I speak, if you don‘t know them.

I think CS makes it possible to learn from one another, so I would be happy to talk with you and learn from you, we don‘t have to, if you‘re maybe not in the mood or busy, but I always like to get to know others perspectives on life, ...

I can share everything in my home of course, we can cook together
