About Me

I'm a curious young woman loving to meet new people and always trying to find humor in every unexpected situation :) Traveling to Barcelona on the 4th of July for a night (or maybe two, if the hitchhike was amazingly fast), would be happy to find a place to sleep and someone to have a nice cold beer and a warm conversation with :) I love thinking about why people behave the way they do, and love to learn from others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Meeting people who later become great friends in the aiport, plane, train, bus..... like meeting the best travel buddy for the trip to Moldova that was just starting in the seat next to me in the airplane :) and even travelling to Transnistria together, yay!

What I Can Share with Hosts

A cold beer? An inspiring conversation for sure! Would love to meet your and learn what you think about life!

Also, I have TONS of funny anecdotes from social psychology, like social exclusion activating the same brain regions as physical pain, or wearing red to the club increasing your attractiviy, or that you can actually make people believe they have a *relatively* lower socio-economic status than *a reference group*, and afterwards they show similar behaviors to people who are actually disadvantaged in real life, like making poorer financial decisions etc. .... :( anyhow, I think science is super cool, and politics matter a great deal, like right now teaching a course on political psychology, but I also love trash movies and comedy :D
