I am an active, compassionate, open person that enjoys connecting with others, spending my days with my hands in the dirt, cooking/sharing delicious healthful meals with interesting people, and spending as much time outside-particularly in the mountains-as possible! I am an adventurer at heart and have spent a significant part of my adult life working, traveling, and living abroad. Living intentionally is very important to me and I love how traveling and being in new situations compels you to be so present and fully experience each moment. I love yoga, farming, backpacking, running, hiking, lounging in the sun, listening to live music and sharing stories and experiences. Life has so many beautiful, unexpected twists, I embrace new experiences and the contribution each new person and place has to offer.
