I am a textiles design student, studying at Manchester University in my second year but currently on my Erasmus programme in Budapest. I have lived in England all my life and looking to travel more! I am mostly interested in art/design/craft, so enjoy visiting exhibitions and being involved in creative projects. I really love cooking and cooking for lots of people, bringing everyone together! I enjoy listening to music and sharing songs with people, going out to bars/music venues but also exploring new places and walks, especially outside of cities. I also love dogs and animals and really care about the environment and sustainability which I want to use in my art as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think this will be a great way for me to meet new, interesting people and to explore places with the help of a local. Knowing about different lifestyles and cultures aswell.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really enjoy afro beats/disco, world/African music mostly. Disco/house i really enjoy aswell to go out to. Dub and reggae I can listen to all day as well! I have recently been listening to a lot of scar music but also love hip-hop/ old r n b, Goldlink, MF Doom, Mos Def. I really enjoy watching thrillers and detective films as well coming of age films are my favourite; American Honey, Little miss sunshine. I really enjoy watching documentaries too.
