I'm a Wellingtonian and have lived, studied and worked in Wellington most of my life apart from working in England for 10 months in 2010. I have usually travelled knowing that I had a job to come back to so last year I decided finally to quit my job and travel with a bit more freedom and less planning....

I dance Salsa, Swing, Rock n Roll and a little Ballroom and Latin. I play Piano and sing. I love reading a good book, sharing food with friends, drinking tea, hiking, swimming and sitting in cafes all over the world and people watching.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have friends who have recommended Couchsurfing to me, because they have had really good experiences with it. I often travel by myself and love meeting people, sharing travel experiences, learning about the place I'm travelling in and being inspired by the people I meet along the way, so trying Couchsurfing seemed like a good idea.

I enjoy cooking/ baking for people. If you're interested I can teach a little salsa, swing or rock n roll dancing and am always interested in playing or listening to some good music.
