About Me

I'm an outgoing, fun and caring person who loves to meet new people and experience new cultures. I have friends from all over the world (I don't understand half the languages on my facebook page!) but I love it that way. Lots of my friends call me 'mum' since I'm always looking after everyone. I love languages, music and food from all over the world and am always keen to try new things. I have two cats so not suitable for anyone with cat allergies.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I heard friends using it and thought it sounded like a great idea. I'd like to both host and stay with other people when I travel.

Interests

I love learning languages. I cycle and play basketball/netball. I love gardening, walking and being outdoors in nature. I have an allotment and like cooking home grown food, or making jams and chutneys. I play lots of games (my favourite board games are Dominion, Ticket to Ride and Carcassone) or xbox/wii games (halo/mariokart). I like museums, architecture and learning, but also love a good night out!

Spent a month living on a ship.

Teach, Learn, Share
