I am someone who cares more about politics and good humour than most. I enjoy cycling and horse riding and socialising with people of all cultures, I am a friendly person. I am always willing to help out whether it's a bit of (por-bono) babysitting... cooking...gardening....cultivating friendships!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will participate in couch surfing by hopefully hosting some people and then being hosted when I head over to Europe in September.

Interests

Politics, exploring and learning about other cultures and also enjoying nature! Horse-riding is one of my favourite things to do. I also really enjoy cooking up a storm and hanging out with children! I come from a family so I will definitely miss my little brothers and sisters and it would be nice to meet some overseas kids!

Music, Movies, and Books

I am reading shantaram at the moment I really enjoy books like Kite runner and A thousand Splendid suns by Khaled Hosseini aswell as most autobiographies written during tumultuous times.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Watching sunrise from on top of a volcano in Bali. Travelling the countryside of east timor, seeing where the rambling jungle meets the pristine clear waters at the furtherest eastern tip of the island. Meeting friendly country people in outback Queensland.

Teach, Learn, Share

I really enjoy creative writing, I have never tried to teach it to anyone but I could have a go. I am alright at knitting... I am fairly good at cooking and would love to learn and teach it to anyone!
