Sobre mí

CURRENT MISSION

Finding the magic.

ABOUT ME
After having lived in Tel Aviv the past few years, I just moved to Geneva for a fellowship, and I'm very excited to be back in a place where I can just hop on the next train or bus to go somewhere for the weekend.
I am open-minded, idealistic and curious, always living life on the fast line the past years by juggling full-time job, studies, usually a project on the side and social life.
Travelling is my way to take a mental break from that, but I also tend to get itchy when staying too long in a place. I love the feeling of coming to a new place without knowing what's going to expect me there and slowly filling in the blank spots, meeting new people and diving into social, cultural and political complexities to get to know a place beyond the surface. Having lived in a lot of different places, I've learned how to feel at home wherever I go, but I still enjoy the thrill of starting all over again in a new place every once in a while.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I remember being a scared 18-year-old, couch-surfing in the US for the first time, constantly on the edge because I couldn't believe that people were just nice without wanting something in return. But thanks to the overwhelming hospitality and overall awesomeness of my first hosts I've been on the hook ever since. I've couchsurfed in Europe, the Americas and the Middle East and had a chance to meet the most amazing people in every single place, some of whom became close friends. Couchsurfing is the ultimate way for me to meet people who share my passion for travelling and who show me how much more there is to see and how much more there is to learn in this big and exciting world!

Música, películas y libros

Ough that's a tough one. Right now, I guess my hit list would look somewhat like this:

Music: The Angelcy (by far!)
Movie: The Salt of the Earth (and about the rest, I'd rather not speak, my taste in movies is underwhelming)
Book: "A Field Guide to Getting Lost" (Rebecca Solnit), "The Unbearable Lightness of Being" (Milan Kundera), "LIttle Fires Everywhere" (Celeste Ng), "Here I am" (Jonathan Safran Foer)

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones
