I'm a 22 year old recent graduate from Indiana University where I studied German, International Studies, and Dutch. Growing up in Indiana, I always dreamed of traveling the world.

I am currently living in Wiener Neustadt, Austria, and trying to see as much of Europe (and the rest of the world) as I can.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far, I haven't participated in Couchsurfing yet, but I'm hoping to change that soon by Couchsurfing whilst in Copenhagen and maybe hosting people once I get back to the US.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I have no experience with Couchsurfing, but I am hoping to gain some experience in the next couple of months.

Interesses

Books, planning trips, cooking, traveling by train, animals (especially big dogs like Saint Bernards), Alice in Wonderland, and puns.

Although I am a bit shy and can have trouble talking to new people, one thing that always gets me talking is conversations about travel. I love hearing about the experiences of others and sharing my own. I also really enjoy learning new languages ( I speak English, German, Dutch, and some Russian), so a crash course in a new language or a conversation in one I already know is always welcome

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

I don't watch a lot of movies, but some of my favorites are Silence of the Lambs, The Social Network, Alice in Wonderland, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, and Chicago.

As for music, I like most types of music, but am particularly fond of The Head and the Heart, Mumford and Sons, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes, Vampire Weekend, and Movits.

I love reading, although I have made less and less time for it as I've gotten older. I grew up reading Harry Potter and my favorite of the series is Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. My favorite book is usually whichever I am reading at the moment.

Snorkeling in the crystal clear water off the shores of Zanzibar--I felt like a child again, completely mesmerized by all the gorgeous fish swimming past.
