I'm a single white female, with a degree in Creative Writing (always useful). I seem to be one of those rare people who really love where they're from; the east coast of Australia, where I've never found a beach its equal. Yet I'm still fluorescently pale, even though we live about a quarter mile from the sun.

I'm a CS virgin, if you want to get a bit risqué. So right now, I'm just looking to infringe on others hospitality, swelling the Couchsurfing ranks by one. When I graduate to owning my own couch, that will change.

Films: Fight Club, Almost Famous, The Lion King, The Princess Bride, A Clockwork Orange, Leon: The Professional, every Clint Eastwood film ever. Especially Unforgiven and The Outlaw Josey Wales.

Books: Harlequin

Music: Blues music, rock music, even some of that hipster indie stuff people with androgynous hairstyles listen to.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's cliched, but The Sistine Chapel. I've gone back on two seperate occasions.

And the time I made best friends with a Spanish transvestite at Barcelona Pride. She gave me her green feather boa. I think the only word we both knew was RuPaul.
