I grew up in a small country Victoria town that is surrounded by bush and mountains. Even though I've now relocated to the city (and love it there too) I am still a grubby country kid at heart. Every opportunity I get, I go hiking or camping; being in nature keeps me sane.

Like I'm sure most travellers do, I want to go go every country in the world -and I have a long list of places I want to live for an extended period of time. At the moment I am travelling around Australia to experience my the culture of this country and discover what this place means to everyone that lives in it.

Travelling overseas I began to feel guilty for not having seen enough of Australia so in March I let go of any responsibility I had in Melbourne and hit the road.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn about everything. I love listening to other people that are passionate about a particular topic or activity.
I especially like to learn hands on things, adding new skills to my tool belt makes me increasingly useful to others and helpful in sticky situations.
I like to cook and am always keen to learn a new recipe, I am a vegetarian though, so no meat :P
