Hi there, my name is Hannah and i have just returned home after a year cycling through Europe with my sister Ronelle.

We set out with the mission to learn about innovating initiatives on the subject of sustainability and eco-consiousness. During our trip we cycled 11468 km through 16 countries, meeting extraordinary people along the way. The hospitality we were shown (through this app or otherwise) has, without doubt, let to the most remarkable, memorable and heart-warming experiences.

We are by no means done in taking part in the couchsurfing society and look forward to take in our position on the other side. Offering the weary traveller a bed, a meal, a shower, good talks, tours of Rotterdam, peace and quiet or whatever we can to aid.

I generally panic when people ask me about my favourite films or music. Not because I don't enjoy these forms of entertainment but because in this regard I'm more of a passive consumer. I'll never be part of the frontrunners but do truly appreciate good films and music. If you want to get me engaged in more exciting conversation we can better talk about books.
