Experiences that contribute to my perspective of the world include growing up in the Midwest, spending years working in Japan after university, moving back to the States to be a singer-songwriter, traveling around the US in a van I helped to convert into a camper van, and now, house sitting around the world with the man I love.

For books, I mostly read non-fiction. I like philosophy, religion, history, science, self-improvement, language learning, etc.

I don't watch many movies.
