ABOUT ME

Well, that I'm the smiley type, a little bit tomboyish, but on the whole I think my friends would say I'm a nice person to have around. Maybe a little old fashioned in what I find entertaining; exploring, cycling, jumping into waterfall pools, a warm pub and a good debate, but definitely live and let live.

Interests

I'm an Ultimate Frisbee player- that's always a conversation starter! I really get a buzz from travelling and not the tour bus type of travelling. Otherwise any adventure, I'm up for it- especially if its on a bike.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last summer I was persuaded to climb both the Sugar Loaf and then the Corcovado mountains in Rio in a day- really didn't expect to be able to do that on a whim, but got a great buzz at the top, sweating, amongst all the well dressed tourists.
Also, though this is terribly boastful, I managed to meet the Dalai Lama when I was 16 volunteering in India, probably the luckiest moment of my life.
