ABOUT ME

I recently logged into my Couchsurfing account after an 11 year hiatus. Found myself becoming stuck in my routine ways, not traveling as often, and getting a little too comfortable with surface-level living. The emptiness grew enough for me to recognize something needed to change. I needed to start living vibrantly again. So, as I reflected on my past life when I was full of adventure and inspiration, I was reminded how interacting with people from all walks of life and forming these wide-ranging connections gave my life so much meaning. That, combined with traveling (the biggest love of my life), led me back to Couch surfing. What better way to break out of my redundant ways than by meeting people in this community.

I am an easy going gal who loves listening to stories. Tell me about your travels! Or your pets! I am into anything outdoors, biking, hiking, day tripping, eating cheese, brewery hopping, COFFEE, art, any and all animals, game nights, adult rec sports ie volleyball/pickleball/softball/racquetball, exploring, musica, dancing randomly, making a fool of myself...the list continues. I secretly thrive on spontaneity.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Making connections and exploring the nooks and crannies of this planet truly awakens my soul. Whether it's chatting about star dust, your favorite Spotify playlists, or how successful your dump was, I enjoy striking up conversations and being a human being! Always up for meeting fellow surfers and making new friends (even if we never see each other again) :)

I've surfed 3 times in Portland, Seattle, and Vancouver (BC).

Now that I've come back to Surfing, I hope to host soon and continue to share life's joys with travelers.

Interests

I enjoy staying active by playing sports and going on outdoor adventures on the weekends. Biking is becoming more of a passion for me and it is my dream to do a fully supported bike tour in another country someday. Meeting up with friends for happy hour or hosting game nights are some of the usuals in my book.

Teach, Learn, Share

Please teach me how to cook! I try but lack the natural talent. It's pathetic.

I can show you a few things on the piano, share a bike to go on some rides, and bake something sugary for you!
