ABOUT ME

I spend a crap ton of my time working on my business teaching women how to take charge of their reproductive choices using an amazing natural birth control method, fertility awareness. You can learn more about fertility awareness through my website.

Other than that I am a personal development nut, I like cooking (but mostly eating) yummy food, learning how to do new stuff, and exploring.

I mostly host, but every so often I am in need of a couch somewhere and I am super grateful to those that are kind enough to provide one!

Music, Movies, and Books

I tend to read a lot of non-fiction about hormones, fertility, business, psychology, and a few other fields.

I generally like funny movies, but some documentaries thrown in for good measure is nice.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I biked across the US, I wrestled for my entire high school career, I raised dairy goats, I'm a permaculture designer and a fertility awareness educator.

Teach, Learn, Share

Hannah: I can share info about cycling, self-sustainable lifestyle, fertility awareness (but if you get me started I might not shut up), and nutrition.

Dustin: He's obsessed with math, loves running and bikes (training in general), music, and a variety of others things (he can find something in common with literally every person he comes in contact with).
