I am flexible and open to new ideas and possibilities. I am a very driven person by nature, travel has allowed me to find a way to slow down and relax. I am a very caring person, making others happy brings me peace. Taking time to have genuine human connections is the most important thing to me. I love animals, all types of animals especially cats. I seem very shy at first once I have my bearings I am very comfortable talking to new people and hearing what they have to say. I love learning from others stories and experiences. I love to think and explore new ways of thought. I hardly ever regret things, even if it didn't turn out as hoped because I have learned more about myself and others through experience. Wanderlust is a very real condition, and I experience it abundantly.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I traveled to California and back October 2014 and it was the start of my love for this site. the people I met and the adventures we had. I wasn't too sure about couchsurfing before but now I am a firm believer. It is such an amazing way to fully experience each place you visit. You can't Google in depth experience and inner knowledge of a place the way the natives of each city do. People have given me so much helpful information and hospitality it has blown me away. I like to travel as much as possible and couchsurfing has made that possible. I love to host fellow travelers when I have the chance to.

Interests

Language, I love learning different words and phrases that have no english translation, I love the culture you can hear through words spoken. I love running/ hiking/ camping being outdoors centers me. I love to bake, i have a problem with going over board and making too much. I love all types of music.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love movies, I'm pretty sure I'll watch just about anything. there have been a few movies that helped develop me and resonated with my soul. It's a Wonderful Life is one of those for me. I love anything from a good action movie like Die Hard to fantasy films such as Lord of the Rings trilogy. The Odyssey is one of my favorite books of all time, but I definitely read newer books as well. I'm reading 1984 right now and I can already tell it's gonna make it to the list. I love a lot of music as well, very open to new sounds and musical expressions of self. I love David Bowie, I also love rock or even pop on the radio.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I planned a whole trip across the country in about a week and it was a huge success.

Teach, Learn, Share

I hope to learn better ways to be myself and to allow others to feel comfortable enough around me to be themselves as well. If there is anything I know that someone is interested in, I will always share what I know. I aim to share the few years I have on this Earth with good company.

I am a very clean and respectful guest. I am open to new ideas and ways of life. I will absolutely sit there in awe as my hosts start talking about their travel stories. I am on this site for real human connection with people, I can offer that. I really want to get to know you, I want to get a taste of your amazing life that you generously invited me into.
