Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To figure out how to become an independently employed creative person.
ABOUT ME
I'm an old soul who's young at heart.
I work doing event planning for an online fashion company. In my spare time, I paint and write and am learning to make jewelry. Creativity is like milk for me -- it does my body good.
I like the sound of the brownest, crispiest leaves when you step on them.
I have an thirst to see the world, and I like running, climbing, camping, dancing, reading, and crafting, to name a few things.
PHILOSOPHY
Do what makes you happy, as long as you're not hurting anyone, yourself included.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have often hosted in my fine city of San Francisco, but at this current time, I'm doing the show people around SF if they'd like thing.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I stayed with a fantastic bunch in Edinburgh to ring in the New Year, and have hosted some really great people in SF and Pittsburgh.
Interests
I'm a big fan on anything outdoors, from hiking to biking, to climbing and camping. Sometimes, I say I'm 26 going on 56, because I'm the kind of person who loves history, will jump at the change to attend lectures, and thinks crossword puzzles and tea equal a good time.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like lots of music; my favorite depends on my mood, but no matter what the case, the hills are always alive with it.
Among the books are ones written by Gabriel Garcia Marquez.
Among the movies: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Being John Malkovitch, Le roi des Coeurs.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1. Hm, I have to confess that Burning Man knocked my socks off. Only went once, but it was pretty darn fascinating.
2. A recent one that comes to mind is a gorgeous bike ride through California's hill- and tree-studded Marin Country. The ride was so much harder than my friend and I imagined, but so very worth it!
Teach, Learn, Share
I like people who are curious about the world, like exploring, and have a big hearts, and open minds.
