I grew up in the Black Forest in Southern Germany, lived in the US for a year when I was 16 years old and went to university in the Netherlands. I spent one semester at an Australian university in Fall 2014. After finishing my master degree, I decided to continue working at Maastricht University where I am a PhD student now.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel, meet new people, other crazy travels or awesome locals that are willing to host or show visitors around the city. Whenever I visit a city, I want to see more than just the standard toursisty places and that works best with a local guide :)
