Graduated university and jumping on the gap-life long term travel band wagon!

I have lived in Australia on a WHV for just over a year now, I began my year in Sydney, following this I travelled to Byron Bay, Brisbane and Noosa before completing my farm work in Mildura, VIC. I now live in Richmond, Melbourne. It's a short tram to the city or the beach and there are heaps of good spots for a bite to eat or a drink or two!

I fell in love with life on the road in 2010 when I visited Thailand have since added India, Vietnam, Italy and Bali to my time away. Now I have nothing to return to the UK for and am constantly changing my mind about my next destination, who knows?!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I couch surfed with a couple of families and a lovely lady in India and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was a great way to get some inside knowledge on the places I was visiting and meet new people.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to host yet due to living in student accommodation for the last few years but hopefully that will change soon!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Riding a Camel through the Thar desert in India would be a real highlight for me, we were couchsurfing with a lady in Jaisalmer and I can comfortably say that town is my favorite place on earth - so far!

Also spending 4 days living on a boat travelling from Bali to Flores in Indonesia, met the most amazing people on that trip, most of whom I am still in touch with.

I have a TEFL qualification so am more than happy to help anyone out with learning English at any level.

I have been learning to spin poi for the last few years and love that I have learnt a lot of what I know from people on the road, any fellow poi or flow artists let me know!

I'm also an avid cook so would be keen to learn some local cuisine from anyone I stay with and am happy to return the favor!

I like to think I'm relaxed and easy going, but I can also be quite excitable when I'm passionate about something. People who have travelled with me would tell you I am VERY organised. I can share good conversation, especially when it's over a good bottle of wine or a couple of beers!

I love to both relax and kick back and read a book and also jam pack a day full of adventures and sight seeing, either way, I love sharing this time with new and interesting people.

I'm really good at staying in touch with people as well, so if I stay with you, you will more than certainly be staying with me at some point, you have no choice!
