I'm 26 years old, from the North of England. Currently driving around Europe with my boyfriend, Ivan, in our van! Love to travel anywhere and everywhere, whenever I get chance. Like to experience places from a local/resident's point of view.

First came here in 2013 when myself and two friends made our way across North America, coast to coast in 3 months, couldn’t have done it without Couchsurfing!

Now my boyfriend and I are travelling around Europe in our converted Berlingo microcamper, and we like to have a break every now and again from the van!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couldn’t have backpacked North America without it! Love the idea of Couchsurfing and intend to host as soon as I'm back in Britain. Nothing better than meeting people from all over the world, and seeing a country/city from its citizens point of view.

So hard to narrow down, just read Wolf Hall and re read A Kestrel for a Knave, both cracking books. Le Grande Bellezza is an Italian film I watched recently, as we were driving through Italy, which was like nothing I’ve seen before, so good.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Getting from the west coast of America to the east without getting on a plane was pretty great, but most recently I climbed Mount Etna!
