ABOUT ME

Well, I'm an open minded person, I'm caring and some say I'm funny and very likable. :)
I'm a pretty good listener and I love being around people I like and care about, as well as I love getting to know new people.
I love coffee, chocolate, playing theater, cooking, watching snowflakes dancing in the sky (or butterflies, or leaves, or raindrops... depends on the season), a good book, a good talk, sunshine, letters, photography, swimming, dancing, sharing, smiling, hugging, Norway, and a lot more things ...

I was born and grew up in Munich, Bavaria, which is one of the most wonderful cities to live in, I'd say. Not just because of the "Oktoberfest" and the beer! ;) There're beautiful places to enjoy in and around Munich, like the "Englische Garten" (big park, pretty much in the center of Munich), wonderful museeums and nice lakes in the west of the City.
Nevertheless, after school (I'll leave out these years of education, 'cause everyone knows how it works ;) ) I decided to leave my adorable home and went to Norway to look after four children. During my work as Aupair, I experienced a lot of great things, like: I learned a whole new language, got some very good friends, got to know myself a lot better ;) and saw the most beautiful landscapes...
Instead of backing home to Munich afterwards, I decided to start studying in Vienna (this decision was made during a phone-call from Norway to Japan... long story ;) ) and that's where I've been living and studying since. In these 3 years (is it allready that long?! wow...time is speeding up, isn't it?) I got to know this city pretty well and I gotta say, it's really worth visiting!
It's become my second hometown and I'd love to show you around here!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

played city-guide and my flatmate and I had some very cool people staying at our flat! During a fantastic roadtrip together with two friends through Canada I had some really great experience staying at other's as well! :) couchsurfing is cool!

Interests

- theater (watching and especially playing myself! I'm member of an improvisational theater group in Vienna)
- dancing (all sorts of it... jazzdance, standard, latin, partydancing ;) )

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- sitting at the edge of Preikestolen, Norway 600meters above the Ocean without any fence...(see picture ;) )
- wandering through a douglas fir forest in the evening hours on Vancouver Island, Canada
