ABOUT ME

I have lived a fun, somewhat unconventional life thus far, lived all over the U.S. but hope to live in Europe soon for a while after retirement ( or sabbatical from my job). I still practice medicine, have four children to keep up with in widely scattered locations. I collect art, love to go out and hear live music whenever I can, which is often in this town, hang with friends.

I have hosted about 25 times, but have never stayed with a couchsurfer. Hope to do this in the near future.

Music, Movies, and Books

Like most jazz, especially standards, also classic rock and roll. Am a crazy film addict, get Netflix, go to movies a lot, read everything, except historical stuff. Just read my first electronically downloaded book on Kindle and love it.

I can play piano to your guitar, can teach you a little argentine tango, am a pretty good cook, if you're here at the right time :o)
