I'm a Californian studying for a year in lovely Uppsala. I study linguistics and literature. I'm trying to make the most of this year by traveling as much as possible and seeing some of the places I've wanted to visit since I was a kid.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I'm a student, therefor I have a tight travel budget. I also love meeting new and interesting people! I can't host anyone just yet, unless they want to sleep on a hard floor in a student corridor :) I can also meet up with anyone wanting to explore Uppsala!

Intereses

Hiking, cycling, camping, outdoors-y stuff like that. I also enjoy a good cup of coffee and a good book.
I love talking to people who speak other languages! Comparing linguistic features is the greatest thing ever!
Sustainable living, both mentally and physically, is also really important to me.

I hiked to the beautiful Yelapa waterfall in Mexico. So far, that's been one of my favorite traveling experiences.
