I'm a positive and genuinely happy person and I'm fond of all the little things that often go unnoticed. My head's almost always in the clouds, my imagination can get a little overactive and firmly believe my life will unfold like one of the great novels. Who wants to be absolutely normal anyway?

Interests

I have a passion for music, books and art so you'll often find me listening or playing music or reading a good book. I love to travel or discover new things about cities I'm already familiar with. It's always fun to go to a great theatre piece or an interesting exhibition. I really hope to work as cultural journalist somewhere in the very near future. If I still have time left I like to grab my sketchbook and go draw a bit in one of the many little parks.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was on erasmus in Sweden, I travelled to Lapland with a bunch of friends to experience the traditional sami lifestyle and to catch a glimpse of the northern lights. That trip was one of the most memorable moments of my life.

Standing at the very edge of the Preikestolen in Norway, watching the thick mist gradually reveal the mighty fjords. We got soaked on our way up. We barely saw the path we we're climbing and were a little bit miserable when we finally got to the top but when sun came out it was totally worth it. Did I mention I have a thing for scandinavia?
