Just moved to Munich and like to meet travellers ;)

THAT WAS LAST YEAR ;)))

I quit my job for the German Bundesliga in the live TV production area and travel now for one year through South America to learn about the Latin way of life and to make new friends!

I started in Panama and sailed with a boat to Colombia. Then I headed South and visited Ecuador (+Galapagos), Peru, Chile, Patagonia (Chile + Argentina) till I arrived in Ushuaia. From there I went North again through Chile and did a jeep tour through the Salar de Uyuni. From Bolivia I visited Peru again to see Machu Picchu - then headed back to La Paz. I am in Bolivia right now and going to Argentina again and going to reach Buenos Aires in around 2 weeks. From there I will go to Uruguay, Paraguay and final Brazil where I will enjoy the Olympic Games and a loooooot of amazing beaches before returning home to Germany in October.

To meet the real people of the country I am visiting and not only other travelers in hostels and to get a real impression of living in the countries where I am traveling...

I really need to improve my Spanish more so thats why I would like to spend the next months on private couches and speak a lot of Spanish!!!

兴趣

As you might guess I love traveling and be on the road every free minute where I don't have to work and meet people from other countries. Besides that I am a Cinephile and really into film and critical acclaimed TV shows (Sopranos, Mad Men, Breaking Bad, True Detective, etc.). The cinema is my favorite place when I am not traveling but is similar to it because it magical can set you also in a different world and always gives you a new experience.
At home I like cooking and doing sports (football, tennis, jogging) to relax after work.

I like talking about the meaning of life and how we could improve living on this planet together peacefully.

My favorites are independent American films and the ones that get nominated for the Oscars like No Country for Old Men, Spotlight, Birdman...

My all time favorites are: Lord of the Rings, Chinatown, Memento, Fight Club, Jaws, Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Empire strikes back, The Godfather II

Lately I watched and liked: Moneyball, Joy, Room, Straight Outta Compton

TV SHOWS:
Mad Men, Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, House of Cards, The Sopranos, The Wire, Twin Peaks, X-Files, Star Trek, How I met your mother, O.C. California, Dexter

BOOKS:
Because I watch to many films I don't have time to read much.
But these books I read twice:
Lord of the Rings (JRR Tolkien), Die Verwandlung (Franz Kafka)

5 Amazing Things:
- Climbed Volcano Gunung Agung in Bali in the middle of the night for the sunrise
- Went white-water-rafting at the mighty Victoria Falls in Sambia
- Watched Orang-Utans climbing around trees in the thick jungle of Sumatra
- Visited the incredible beautiful Galapagos-Islands
- Went to Tomorrowland in Belgium 2014 and partied with people from 200 different countries there - one of the best parties of my life
