History, travel, yoga, sports and a bit of gaming to unwind. I love winter swimming and sauna – it's all about contrast. In summer, you’ll likely find me at a nude beach, enjoying nature in its purest form.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jumped out of a plane, hugged a Koala, watched the sun melt into the sea, and swam in the Indian Ocean right at the equator – moments that reminded me how beautiful and wild life can be.
