About Me

I moved and I am currently not hosting. I leave the descriptions here, related to my old place.

ABOUT ME

Standard adjectives: Friendly, open-minded and easy going - but I truly mean it!
While I love complex thoughts in discussions I favor to aim for very uncomplicated contact with people creating carefree enjoyable atmospheres. The easier I make life for people around me, the easier they will make it for me. I actively prevent unnecessary problems of all kinds and few people have seen me bad-tempered at all.

PHILOSOPHY

from one of my diaries (translated): '
If you don't live your dreams in THIS life, in which will you?'

I often state, that people do not have time for things they want to do because they don't take time for it.
I am very even-tempered and hard to be angered.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can offer quite a few sleeping places on a flexible time schedule while I enjoy getting into interesting conversations with people.

[DE] Für Berliner: Ich empfange gerne auch Leute von hier für einen interessanten Abend um neue Bekanntschaften zu schließen. Seid willkommen!

Music, Movies, and Books

This might as well go to philosophy section: I delved deep in the ideas of Tool and other Maynard projects.

Preferred books are in the area of social psychology/philosophy.

Movies - I know really many and can give good recommendations. There is no specific favor, movies can be great in many different ways.
Here some examples of movies I really enjoyed that are not too well known:
The Fountain, Let The Right One In, The City of Lost Children, A Friend of Mine (Schipper), Inside Man, K-Pax, Thank You For Smoking, ...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The by far most amazing thing in my life is the friendship with Robert. We overcame so many boundaries, found deep love and understanding pushing each-other to develop our characters further and further. This friendship is echoing in everything I do.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can offer:
- deep rational and emotional thoughts on general life, lifestyle and people
- acoustic guitar
- writing
- massaging
- experience about semi-alternative lifestyles (finding gaps in society)
- different views on general values
- chess
...

I want to learn:
- more acoustic guitar
- cooking
- philosophies
- djembe play (got one)
- massage techniques
- Shibari
- martial arts
...

What I Can Share with Hosts

thoughtful discussion, classical guitar, experience exchange (travels, studies, people, etc.), cooking/food (for example sushi), ... ...
