Resumen
Sobre mí
Please don't be put off because of the lack (well, nonexistence) of references. It's just that I'm quite new at this!
Namasté! Most people call me Hannie. A literature and art admirer with a penchant for road trips, starry nights, late night conversations, the smell of old books, coffeeshops, polaroids, sinfully good indie music and earl grey tea – not particularly in that order. I'm a nineteen years old college undergrad majoring in Tourism Management and a blogger located in Dresden, Germany. I'm a minimalist and Buddhist.
Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
Ever since I was young I've been suffering from heavy wanderlust. The problem is, money makes the whole travel-the-world-thing pretty difficult since I'm on budget. A wise fictional character once said "We only have one life so it's our duty to live it to the fullest when we're at it" and that has kind of become my guideline for life. I don't want anything to prevent me from doing what I love most – which is traveling, meeting new people, discovering new places, experiencing fun things, getting to know other cultures.
Intereses
As I stated above, I'm really into art and culture so you would mostly find me in museums, art galleries, at the movies or at rad concerts. I love keeping myself busy outside of my own four walls, meaning I love going on trips, anywhere, with anything. All that is well documented on my personal / travel blog http://www.missingwanderer.org. Oh, and I take photos and make short films. Many.

Música, películas y libros
Indie pop, Indie rock, alternative and singer-songwriter – that's my kind of music. But, oh, classic pop and rock is always gold. Anything Beatles, The Smiths, Queen. And The Kooks, Radiohead, The Script, The 1975, alt-J, Paper Lions, Walk The Moon, Atlas Genius, Arctic Monkeys, The Neighbourhood, Oh Wonder, Bastille, Two Door Cinema Club. Oh, and sometimes I listen to K-Pop, too (Big Bang, EXO and IU).
I literally devour movies. Not quite literally, tho. So if you like movies of any genre with great and mind-blowing plots (twists), thrilling movies like Maze Runner, classics like "An Education" or romcoms such as "500 Days Of Summer", we can be great friends.
And don't even get me started on TV Shows. ... Seriously? I'm just going to name a few. The 100, Orphan Black, How To Get Away With Murder, Criminal Minds, Teen Wolf, PLL. There are probably many more but y'know.
There's way too many books that I would re-read over and over again (but because I probably should mention SOME, here it goes: I like classics like To Kill A Mockingbird and Catcher In The Rye and psychology based books like The Man Who Mistook His Wife For A Hat and F(a novel). Other than that I also have The Perks Of Being A Wallflower and Haruki Murakami's Kafka On The Shore on my bed shelf.)
Algo increíble que he hecho
I saved someone with something that I wrote. That's pretty amazing to me.
Enseña, aprende, comparte
I'm an open book with quite the experience (in and out of Germany) so I've got lots to share. Feel free to ask me anything! I mean I can teach you some German, French and Vietnamese, too, if you're interested. To teach something is a different thing... I can teach you stuff about meditation and yoga, I guess? Or I could be a beta reader. Or a tea brewer.
Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones
Well, according to my friends I'm a good listener. And I can help with anything in the house or out of it! And of course there are stories to share, anytime. :-)
